The new owners have made the commitment, if the authorities permit and support the initiative, to donate, on top of the 1,300 hectares that are dedicated for preservation area inside the Estate, more than 1,200 hectares in the heart of the Amazonian rainforest to develop what could become one of the largest private conservation area in Loreto, and to support scientific research on fauna and flora.

We will seek to bring world-class partners in the management of such conservation initiatives.

As part of this initiative, we are committed to financially support specific research on the Amazon fauna and flora with leading academic institutions.

The reserve could also contribute to ecotourism in the area.
